The sales person who assisted my purchase was friendly and accommodating, without any sense of pressure. I have never had a purchase run as smoothly as this one. Truth be told, we showed up intent on "just browsing," but the quality of the vehicle, and the transparent integrity of the salesperson engendered complete faith in both the dealership and the automobile, such that we made a same day purchase. The car itself is smooth, quiet, responsive, and amply powered to accelerate quickly when needed. It handles well on the road, and is both comfortable and fun to drive. No buyer's remorse here; just buyer's bliss. More

Our conversation started with what I wanted in my car and he worked from there. He was informative, helpful and friendly. I ended up with a car that was perfect for me. Every employee that I encountered was friendly and helpful. The showroom was bright and clean. The restroom was in great condition. I was offered something to drink. Steve Dinesen was friendly and very good at his job. My car arrived at the front door washed and with a full tank of gas. Jeffrey went through all the details of the car and told me to come back so he could go over it again with anything that I didn't retain. I actually have stopped in several times with a quick question and talked to several different employees and they were friendly and quick to help me. I think Hyundai should be proud of your dealership and employees at this location. More

Terrible Service Department !! The lady, Sonia Sanders, was terrible, clearly annoyed at doing her job. After her voice mail was full, I had to leave a message in the general ma !! The lady, Sonia Sanders, was terrible, clearly annoyed at doing her job. After her voice mail was full, I had to leave a message in the general mail box. She was just rude when she called me back. She told me that even if the engine light is on, the warranty does not cover the service. She said I had to pay $80+ in diagnostics first. The purchasing of the car was ok even though the financing representative was an arrogant person. The car itself has been a great car, and as long as you don't need any future servicing, you are fine. I will not buy a vehicle from this place ever again!!! I will buy my next hyundai from another dealership. I thought warranty was there for a reason; they make you pay $90 for the first appointment even if the problem is under warranty. More
