Dealer was great, Salesperson not so much Our Dealer was Rob Sorenson. He was great from start to finish. He did not pressure us into buying anything. He was nice to talk to, and new a lot about the cars. He showed us cars that had features that we wanted. I don't think we would have bought a car from Broncos Motors if it wasn't for him. When we were going to sign the paperwork that is when the troubles started. Steve (Forgot last name) was not very polite with us. He first never told me that I was not approved, only my wife was. I had to ask him if I wasn't. He did not go over any pricing details with us. Just our monthly payments and how long we would be paying for. I know we should have looked more into the fine print, but this was our first time buying a car. Everything was going so fast, and if we asked a question he just gave a quick answer. My wife just started her second job a few weeks prior, and we were not sure how much her checks would be. My wife called Steve to tell him, and neither my wife and I appreciate the way she was talking to her. He sounded like that we lied to him how big the checks were going to be, which was not the case. He had to see if he could put me on the loan since my wife was not making enough. I am glad that we were both on the loan, and at the end we got the car. I think we could have been treated more professionally than we did. Rob Sorenson called 2-3 times making sure we were satisfied with the car, and if we had any questions. He even apologized for the trouble with the loan, and for Steve's poor professionalism. Overall I think we would return to Bronco Motors, but we would just make sure we aren't being taken advantage of. Also, we would try to do the paperwork with someone else than Steve. More

Very unprofessional and unwelcoming! Dirk Young was great! Would definitely go back if I could only work with him! Not Happy NOT HAPPY with bronco motors. I requested Hyundai finance because I have another loan through them. They said yes but today I just got paperwork from NOT HAPPY with bronco motors. I requested Hyundai finance because I have another loan through them. They said yes but today I just got paperwork from Idaho credit union. THIS REALLY UPSET ME. I also purchased window tinting from Bronco Motors. They said it would be done at quality shop in town. They could not provide me with any information about the company at the time of purchase. I requested information before they do the work. The name provided later was Paint Protector. BBB and the state of Idaho have no knowledge of a business called “Paint Protector”. I am not going to let someone with a garage and no business do my window tinting. I was told the warranty would be through paint protector, so basically this has no warranty. I thought better of Bronco Motors. More

My car was serviced because my rollbar was out and made the car sway like crazy. It was easy, I took it in and they gave me a quote, I agreed. They serviced it and then I picked it up.
