Headache This process has been a giant hassle. It took numerous calls and visits to get the gift card I was promised with the test drive, I've had to go back t This process has been a giant hassle. It took numerous calls and visits to get the gift card I was promised with the test drive, I've had to go back to the dealership several times to get things...only to find they're not ready, meaning another trip, in order to get anything we were promised I have to call repeatedly and finally ask for a manager, I was promised a loaner while they got the hard water off the car and now I'm being told they won't give me one. 600 miles on the car and I got a flat...I'm told this would've been covered had someone offered me the protection plan. This has been one big headache that is still not over two weeks later. More
