Bronco Motors West has proven to be a stand-up dealership. Even coming with cash to buy a new Hyundai at dealerships in Idaho/Oregon/Washington has been a disaster. This dealer is a rare exceptio dealership. Even coming with cash to buy a new Hyundai at dealerships in Idaho/Oregon/Washington has been a disaster. This dealer is a rare exception. The employees of Bronco Motors, specifically Mitch, Jordon, and their manager Bob, really helped make the transaction enjoyable. My car was delivered clean, filled to the brim with gas and all my questions regarding operations were addressed. 1 star removed due to the poor communication of my actual (unnamed) sales agent, but once again, Mitch stepped up to cover the gap and the team finished strong.
