I have purchased over 30, if not 40, vehicles since I started driving 23 years ago. This dealership is as good as it gets. We all know that buying a new or used car can be a challenging experience, parti started driving 23 years ago. This dealership is as good as it gets. We all know that buying a new or used car can be a challenging experience, particularly when dealing with dealerships. Salespersons can be pushy, and aftersale support can be nonexistent. However, my experience with this dealership has been exceptional. To give you an example, there was some misunderstanding on my part with the information provided to me during my first vehicle purchase at this location, and I ended up buying the wrong vehicle configuration. Rob Sorenson and the sales manager went the extra mile to ensure that I was satisfied with my purchase, and they ordered me a replacement vehicle. Now 11 months later, I have just placed my reservation for my 5th vehicle with them; this is a testament to my confidence in Bronco Motors. Furthermore, dealing with Rob is an excellent experience. The man treats you with the utmost respect, will not push any vehicle or sales on you, and makes you feel welcome every time. I will keep returning to this dealership as long as I am in the area.
