Amazing Alex Santos and the service Dept at Brogan is nothing but a class act!! I drove a Mercedes before and this is my 1st American car and I will never go Alex Santos and the service Dept at Brogan is nothing but a class act!! They replaced the front shocks of my 13K miles truck but they should ve replaced the rear shocks also cause i still have the same horrible bumpy ride even after the front schocks got replaced.I would not blame Brogan Cadillac because of the technical issue caused by manufacturing fault by the GM... Emergency tire repair was needed. My low air indicator showed up on my XTS on the way to the office and was losing pressure. I stopped in at Brogan. I explained my problem and he had me bring my car right in. Need a new tire as the nail I picked up entered thru the side of the tread. Within an hour, I was back on my way. Don't buy a used vehicle there or get any realiable service I brought my vehicle in for a second time to fix three key issues, the first one was for the OnStar VCIM that needed to be replaced, which it was and I brought my vehicle in for a second time to fix three key issues, the first one was for the OnStar VCIM that needed to be replaced, which it was and is now functioning correctly, second was for the tailgate lift handle that kept getting stuck in the open position which was replaced with a new one and that issue has been resolved and the third and final issue, that has not be resolved, is the oil leak issue. I was told that the oil leak was resolved and that it was a loose oil filter, but after picking up the vehicle on March 10, I still continue to see fresh oil spots where my vehicle is parked. I called the dealership today and still waiting for a response. I realize that this is a used vehicle and while there is no warranty, it should have been thoroughly checked before offered for sale. Each time I pass by the dealership, there is a big sign stating 'Certified Used.' Certified to me means free of mechanical defects which clearly was not the case. This has been the worst car buying experience of my life, and I have been a loyal GM customer for over 25 years and owned 5 Cadillac's so far! Thank you! Carmine Iacullo More
TERRIBLE SERVICE EXPERIENCE !!! On February 1, 2016 I took my Cadillac Escalade EXT to Brogan Cadillac Totowa,NJ to have a body control module installed. I provided the module brand On February 1, 2016 I took my Cadillac Escalade EXT to Brogan Cadillac Totowa,NJ to have a body control module installed. I provided the module brand new GENUINE GM part, if you are familiar with this part you will know that it controls RADIO,WINDOWS LIGHTS AND IF THIS PART IS FAULTY YOUR VEHICLE WILL NOT START. I had this dealership install the part, mind you, this part takes about 10 minutes to install and does not even require any tools to install, at best 1 hour labor charge to program the module with the computer. The point is when I took my vehicle to the dealership my radio was working and when they called to say my car was done Mike asked did I have any issues with my radio I said no why, he said because it's NOT WORKING NOW. I explained the radio worked when I dropped the car off, and I also let him know that their Valet was blasting the radio when he parked the car. Mike said to me well its not working now but for $155.00 per hour we can check it for you I said absolutely not because that is part of installing the module is syncing the radio to the new module. BOTTOM LINE HERE IS. I WAS CHARGED $378.78 FOR INCOMPLETE WORK AND IT APPEARED THIS DEALERSHIPS MOTIVE HERE WAS TO CONTINUE TO GET MORE MONEY FROM ME THEY EVEN TRIED TO SAY THE PART MAY BE FAULTY. I TOOK MY VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP TO CADILLAC OF MAHWAH APPARENTLY AT THIS DEALER SHIP THEY HAVE EXPERIENCED PERSONNEL NOT JUST LOOKING TO EMPTY YOUR POCKETS. I WAS EVEN TOLD AT THIS DEALER WHOEVER PUT THE MODULE IN SHOULD HAVE PROGRAMMED THE RADIO WELL BROGAN TOLD ME THE RADIO OR THE PART WAS NO GOOD. COME TO FIND OUT BOTH THE RADIO AND THE MODULE WORKED PERFECT, IN LESS THAN AN HOUR MAHWAH CADILLAC HAD MY RADIO WORKING, $130.00 GOOD THING I DID NOT LISTEN TO BROGAN CADILLAC, THEY WOULD HAVE COST ME THOUSANDS !!! AFTER THEY ALREADY BILKED ME FOR THE $378.78 SERVICE ASSOCIATE MIKE PERRY CONSUMERS BEWARE ?? WATCH THESE GUYS AT BROGAN CADILLAC. I WILL ALSO BE REPORTING THIS INCIDENT TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. More

Do Not Go There I have been a customer for over 10 years & 3 new Cadillac SRX. Since October 2014 & a repeat October 2015, I have had nightmare service. I came in for I have been a customer for over 10 years & 3 new Cadillac SRX. Since October 2014 & a repeat October 2015, I have had nightmare service. I came in for an oil change & in October 2014 left with a flood (from rain) on the passenger side of the car (front & back rugs) because someone in service left my windows open. I never returned to have my car cleaned I did it myself. Then this October 2015, I came in for an oil change (forgot my coupon & was told to email to them & it still has not been honored) & this time I left with a broken passenger side view mirror & a lifted bracket on the roof of my car. My mirror was replaced but my roof bracket has not been fixed. Also, I did attempt to purchase another new SRX and they let me walk away for haggling over $2000! Loyalty is not part of their business. I have taken my business to another dealer who cares about their customers. Shame on you Brogan Cadillac!! You deserve no stars & no business! More
Horrible!!!! I cannot believe that I have take a car there 3 times in one month. The car cost me a total of $3,000 dollars and the only thing that they can said is I cannot believe that I have take a car there 3 times in one month. Be careful before taking the car there. They tell you that they have Certified service but at the end they don't even know what kind of jobs they have done in the car. Never take the care there. I have two cars with GMC but after the experience that I have I am going to GMC and let them know that I will never buy a car from them again....... More
damaged my truck, horrible rude service Last week I picked up my Escalade from being serviced. I was anxious to get my truck back because they gave me a SRX as a loaner (having 2 kids/strol Last week I picked up my Escalade from being serviced. I was anxious to get my truck back because they gave me a SRX as a loaner (having 2 kids/strollers/personal stuff & bags it was VERY tight being in such a smaller truck) I removed all my personal belongings & unclipped both car seats... as they brought my truck to me, I was speaking to an old friend I ran into there (who was waiting over 20 min for a loaner) The service advisor Victor had left my truck running. I noticed my truck was close to the garage door but I was about to start packing my truck back up. He went to close the garage and before I knew it I heard "CRUNCH" I look and I see the garage door laying on my back bumper. I went into my truck and turned it off (b/c it was left running) and I had my 4 month old in the garage with me and didn't want her to breathe in the fumes. The guys acted like it was no big deal. I was annoyed on so many levels. The main problem was that I pick up my daughter all the way in Waldwick by 5:00 it was 4:30 at this time and I waited 10 min for a manager, and they kept giving me the run around about him. The service advisor kept stalling and tried to get me back in the loaner and out of there. I said I wanted to speak to the manager & if I was getting another rental I needed a bigger truck b/c we would be towing a boat this weekend. **THIS IS WHEN IT GETS BAD** The service advisor Victor then says "A minute ago you were worried about getting your child now your worried about a boat" (Mind you my daughters daycare is open until 6:30 but I pick her up at 5PM everyday with my payment package) First off this service advisor should NOT be mentioning my daughter and should be working on getting the manager as I requested. I was given 5 excuses before I lost it: 1.) We are looking for him 2.) I tried calling him 3.) I can't find him 4.) He just said for us to call him back 5.) He's in a meeting upstairs. At that last one I YELLED... "Then tell him to get out of his meeting" Not until I flipped out did I see they were really trying to get the manager. Finally the service manager, Rich, comes out... and says "sorry I was in a meeting where people are trying to take my money but I dismissed myself for this" Victor then told the manager, He drove the truck in and then the garage door accidentally came down. I stopped and said "No you drive the truck in, got OUT, LEFT IT RUNNING with gas fumes and my 4 month old in the garage, then CLOSED the garage door... it wasn't like there was a glitch with the door" I was just beside myself on the rudeness of this dealer. I then repacked the loaner and reinstalled both baby seats (if you are a parent to little ones you know this is a pain in it's own) They did fix my bumper.. When I returned to pick it up they were all very cold and rude.. As I packed my truck up in the back seat where my 3 year old & 4 month old sit I found a metal sensor from my bumper about the size a piece of Bubble Gum.. I told the manager I have kids what if one of ten swallowed this? He took it and just said "sorry" nothing else. As I leave the dealer and get on the highway my truck starts shaking at 60mph they never balanced my wheels. HORRIBLE & Disgusted... victor was beyond rude (shocked bc HE was the one who damaged my truck) & the manager just has zero comumunication skills. Horrible on all levels! More
