He got a member of their service department to review the mechanical aspects of the supercharged engine with us and was instrumental in helping to resolve minor issues which I requested to be remedied as part of our purchase agreement. Negotiation of a fair price was quick and didn't have a lot of back and forth as I've experienced at many other dealerships. I wanted to buy a new 2014 Cadillac CTS. My sales rep was Andrew Gonzalez and he showed my some new 2014 CTS cars. Andrew was very personable and indicated that he wanted to give me the best deal possible so he showed me a variety of Cadillacs that were "loaners" with mileage that were still considered "new" with all the warranties. The he showed me a 2013 XTS with only 8800 miles on it and told me that this car had to be sold as a "used car". I took it for a test ride and then I compared it to the 2014 and 2015 XTS and to my eye they all looked the same, but the 2013 was considerably less expensive. I checked with other dealers and could not match the deal Andrew gave me. He went above and beyond what a regular sales rep does for a customer. Andrew and Brogan Cadillac gets Five stars from me.
