Great people, great cars, great deals. I was interested in buying the 2014 Mitsubishi Lancer. I called about 30 mins before arriving to the dealership. I spoke to Chris over the phone& said I was interested in buying the 2014 Mitsubishi Lancer. I called about 30 mins before arriving to the dealership. I spoke to Chris over the phone& said to ask for him when I got there! He was great help wth giving me knowledge on the car. He described everything for me. He was very kind to help me out with many things including price, getting me started with building a credit, and knowledge on this vehicle. He explained the continuous transmission which I had no clue about. He was very friendly. I also dealt with Franco for financing and he expanded my knowledge greatly. He even pushed for 45 days for t first payment instead of 30 days. I greatly appreciated that. I recommend giving this dealership a try. Overall Chris seemed to be very friendly and a great help. Great Purchasing Experience I had been going to Brodheadsville Chevrolet for maintenance on my 2012 Chevy Cruise since I purchased the vehicle. The Service Department had always I had been going to Brodheadsville Chevrolet for maintenance on my 2012 Chevy Cruise since I purchased the vehicle. The Service Department had always been good. I had an emergency service appointment for replacement of a tire. I was looking at the new cars and thinking about the high mileage already accrued on the Cruise. Mr. John Harding, one of the Sales Consultants, asked me if I was interested in looking at a new car. He showed me a previously owned 2016 Chevy Malibu with approximately 27,500 miles on it. The car was still brand new, and after a test drive, I decided to purchase it. Mr. Harding helped me with the loan refinancing as I still owed payments for the Cruise. Plus, I was able to get an "end of month" discount on the purchase. In addition, the Dealership is contributing $100.00 to my favorite charity AWSOM (Animal Welfare Society of Monroe) as a "Thank You." More
