The final paper signing with Ian was also wonderful everything was clearly explained and I didn’t sign anything without knowing exactly what it was. Loss of words I bought my used car there three years ago. I’m very happy with my cruz. I came in to have my car serviced very happy with service Dept. Then while I bought my used car there three years ago. I’m very happy with my cruz. I came in to have my car serviced very happy with service Dept. Then while waiting I started looking around and thought maybe I’d like to trade it in on a newer one. I was in two times before looking the other mgr Tristan wouldn’t give me the time of day. So now there is a new mgr in. As I’m asking questions he rolled his eyes twice at me wanted nothing to do with me or even interested in helping me. I stated that I didn’t want my credit hit 10 times he stated it would only get hit once, he lied it took 6 hits and lowered my credit 25 points . At this point with the mgr’s attitude I wanted to get my key and go home. The salesman Jason felt bad as he seen it too. My advice from a local girl don’t go there don’t buy from them no wonder they can’t keep mgrs if they all have attitudes. Let me be the first to speak up and bring this to everyone’s attention. I don’t want a car from them now. I will take my business elsewhere More
