Autos today are very loaded with electronic controls which are very helpful but sometimes not easy to locate. However, the staff at Broadway do not add to these challenges - they listen to you and answer your questions. This warm and open attitude helps you relax and enjoy the process of learning about a new, complex and sophisticatic vehicle. More

What it really was is the same recall when the sold it to me and was not complete and do not have the parts to repair it (did not tell me this) the afternoon of the phone call the engine went out (nothing to do with the recall). they towed it in and lied to me for 3 weeks on why they would not work on it. After three week of trying to get my new truck back they finally came clean and told me they were not suppose to sell me the truck and nothing like this ever happened to them before. I hope this is a lesson on what not to do if it happens again. They should have came clean and talked to a former good customer (three new vehicles in 2 years) not lied to me. After the new engine it went we had to bring it in several times to get it to run right now the dash is falling apart I will bring it somewhere else for service More

Originally I did not plan to leave a review for Broadway because I was so disappointed w Well here my review of Broadway Well here's your review. Originally I did not plan to leave a review for Broadway because I was so disappointed with my service. After many e-mails and letter asking me & reminding me to leave feedback, I decided to give my honest feedback. Considering how awful my experience was I am surprised they're even asking. On Tuesday August 1st I decided it was time to go buy a new car. I had recently done some research & decided exactly what I wanted. We traveled about 2 hours away from our house in search of this car. We checked a few dealers along the way & still decided we needed to see the 1 at Broadway. Almost immediately after pulling into the parking lot we were greeted by a man named Chuck Hansen. He was able to get the keys to show us this car. We sat in the car & I did like what I saw so he decided to show us how to start this key-less car so we could go for a test drive. he pressed the brake & touched the button and absolutely nothing happened. So he tried it again while reassuring us their vehicles go through a 172 point inspection. Chuck decided to pop the hood & give it a jump because who knows maybe a light was left on. Boy was he wrong. The battery had exploded! It was all over the inside of the hood. Much to my surprise he still proceeded to hook up the battery charger to see if we could get the car to start. After a few minutes it worked. I was hesitant to take it for a drive with a faulty battery but decided why not? We hopped in and Chuck sat in the back seat and we were off. We started taking 41 north & I made it clear I did not want to go on the overpass, Chuck insisted if I got in the far right hand lane I would get to an exit & not the over pass. well, Chuck was wrong. After driving in fearful situation we were finally on our way back & I started feeling less tense. That's when we started noticing that this car was never detailed. the only details we saw were the fingerprints & dirt left by the previous owner. Chuck reassured me that if we purchased this car it would be completely detailed, the battery would be changed, and the engine would be cleaned off. We got back to the dealership so Chuck could show us more of the cars features. The automatic tailgate was lovely, the heated seats, he even said it has a remote start, I was sold! Chuck brought us in to talk about numbers. I was paying cash so I was very precise about where I needed to be. He gave me a number. it was a little over where I wanted to be but I decided to go for it. Chuck walked away & came back 5 minutes later, he gave me the price for a different car... My actual price was around $3.000 more! than what we agreed on? I was just about ready to walk away when Chuck was able "sweeten" the deal. After contemplating I decided I would go for it. After all this car has heated seats and a remote start! This is when Jeff came into the picture. Jeff is a financial manager or something to that effect. We go into Jeff's office to talk money. We ask Jeff about the power terrain warranty the car came with & Jeff informed us it doesn't do much & it has a deductible. That's when he told us about the other warranties they offer. I made a wise crack what if I brake down on the way home. Jeff informed me without their warranty they legally didn't have to cover it but sense they've been in business 101 years they likely would. I decided to get the warranty. We sighed the papers handed over the cash & we were ready to go. We get outside to see Chuck lightly wiping down the interior. Mind you the battery & detailing were to be done while we were with Jeff. This is many hours later and it was never cleaned, I opened the hood to make sure they replace the battery, oh yes they did replace the battery but someone sprayed down the mess so now its everywhere, Really????? By this time I am so tired, discussed and ready to leave. About an 1 1/2 hours into our ride home something didn't feel right. I slowed down & the car stopped moving. There was something wrong with the wheel. I called Broadway crying. They sent a tow truck to get the car but said it would be a few hours and they wouldn't be able to bring me home. I had to pay for a cab so by the end of Tuesday night my new car that had a 172 point inspection was 2 hours away at the dealership waiting to be checked "First thing in the morning" The next morning I had to find a ride all the way back to the dealership 2 hours away. I got there & Jessica claimed my car would go in next. So my fiance & I went shopping for 5 hours during this time I called many times and kept getting an answering machine. I left many messages asking Jessica to please let me know how much longer it would be but nobody called me back.We drove back over to the dealership and the car was still in the same spot, they hadn't even looked it over yet. my fiance told them this is ridiculous & they would have to deliver the car to my house. The next day they delivered my car. I looked it over and noticed black hand prints on the dash, inside roof visor, and steering wheel, 2 black plugs sitting in the cup holder, I don't know where they came from and I noticed the plug from the stick shift panel was missing, there is a hole in the panel now. I called and spoke with Jessica and Norm at the service center asking for the plug back because it looks awful with a hole there, They both assured me they would call back. 3 weeks later and still nothing nothing. Basically I feel I was screwed. The manager or so called manager didn't even act interested when I went in to let them know what happened to us. The car broke down on my way home, it was filthy & they couldn't even offer a slight reimbursement for cab fare & gas for the unnecessary trip all the way back to them. This is not how I expected my car shopping experience to go. So word to the wise, If you shop here, make sure you have ride home & buy the warranty. and PS. They lied, they said this car had remote start.... No! it does not have remote starter. At this point I am not surprised. More
