The only good thing about Broadway Ford was the experience we had on 08/03/21 with sales executive Collin Reis. We leased my 2018 Ford Titanium Edge on 09/06/18. Our financial advisor suggested tha experience we had on 08/03/21 with sales executive Collin Reis. We leased my 2018 Ford Titanium Edge on 09/06/18. Our financial advisor suggested that with only 9000 miles on my SUV, that the best option was to purchase it. We came in on the 3rd and was greeted by Collin Reis who helped us purchase it. Gary Hanson who was our salesperson in 2018, failed to show us how to set up our keyless entry. Collin was kind enough to give us the code that Gary should have given us. I purchased a new phone & couldn't get it to connect with my handsfree phone and Collin did that for me. He followed up today, to see if everything was working & asked if we had a good day after leaving Broadway Ford. A young guy with the name of Creed continued to BOTHER me frequently starting last February, trying to get me to turn in my lease early & lease an Escape. I told him, why would I go from an Edge Titanium to a small uncomfortable Escape? Mileage was his response. Service center is terrible. I requested a senior service person to change my oil & they had a young man do it. Free car wash comes with this & when I asked they said it was closed. Come back at another time. We live fifty miles from Broadway. Pretty ignorant suggestion. No one in the service dept are kind or understanding. I take my Edge to a local oil service center & save $30.00/per oil change, not to mention the 100 miles round trip to Broadway. When I posted my dissatisfaction with the service dept, never did anyone respond back to me. More
Had a great experience for the most part, Mat Lynaugh was great, took us through the entire vehicle and made the process painless. The only issue we had was with the finance guy, very high pressure to finance through the dealership when we were already pre-approved through our credit union, did not appreciate being talked to in the manner that we were. Nice friendly service. We have bought many vehicles from this location. The day we were looking at vehicles it was raining. Our Salesman, Brady brought the vehicle inside so we could look at it. Sexual discrimination to say the least. Today I went to Broadway Ford on Military Ave to test drive a F250SD that was to be a final factor in my purchase. I asked to test drive the vehicle and was asked if I could pull it out of its parking spot by myself, that was the first insult. Then the sales associate asked why I needed such a big truck, in general I guess that is not out of the ordinary, however when I answered that it was to pull my 5th wheel camper, he stated that I should be purchasing a diesel. I replied that I knew what is needed to do the job. So, then he needed to impress me with his success of selling trucks for over a year and knows what should or should not be used for such capacity in a demeaning look and voice. When finished test driving the vehicle, which met my expectations, I parked by the building to finish up with some questions about the cosmetics. Q’s: would it be cleaned because the dirt and grime were compacted in every crevice, if the detailing would include buffing out the rust spatter from the break dust, and if the crack in the plastic would be fixed or replaced. The reply from the associate was "where is your husband today?" My instant reply was that he’s at home, why do you ask? When the associate started to reply it dawned on me! WHY would I need a husband to buy my truck! When I went inside the dealership to express how insulting, discriminating, and patronizing he was towards me this male associate lied and said he never said that while standing behind me shaking his head the whole time. More

We worked with Mat Lynaugh, and he did a fantastic job with our new F-150. Broadway was excellent all around. We came from out of state because they had the truck we wanted. Mat helped us work the deal with our new F-150. Broadway was excellent all around. We came from out of state because they had the truck we wanted. Mat helped us work the deal over email first, and we couldn't have found a better dealership. Used car manager gave us a fair price on our trade without any back and forth. Finance was smooth and took all of ten minutes. They had the truck looking perfect on the showroom floor when we got there. Mat went through all of the complicated tech and showed us how it all worked. The building itself is bright, clean and welcoming. Everything was fast, easy and friendly. We would definitely buy from Mat and Broadway again. More
Trevor needs to listen to what the customer needs are and to do the research for the makes and models available. My daughter looked up everything online when we got home and found the vehicle we ended up le to do the research for the makes and models available. I really wish I would have asked for a different salesman. More
