Bought a used car and had it in more than 5 times and this last time in is going to be a heavy bill and haven't even put 4000 in miles on the vehicle. Very poor . My truck is under warranty and there’s something wrong in the front end. They are replacing lots of parts and trying to get it fixed and being very helpful but it still hasn’t been solved. Service Advisor Dee is awesome. Every time. I’d have given a 5 except for my purchase experience with the financial person who did all of the paperwork. Jeff Neuberg? He truly tr Every time. I’d have given a 5 except for my purchase experience with the financial person who did all of the paperwork. Jeff Neuberg? He truly tried to shaft me. I had told him that I had 3 free oil changes left over from Dorsch (a competitor) and Bergstrom. I told him that I trusted his judgment on whether or not the oil/rotate program was in my best interest or not. He told me TO GIVE AWAY THOSE OIL CHANGES and proceeded to sign me up for their program (that uses my own $/Ford points). After thinking about it later, I realized that what he did was NOT in my best interest. But, apparently in his best interest. The next day I returned and told the salesman I wanted to OUT of that program. In short, Jeff got huffy and said to me, “have a good life”. I told him that he just bought himself a poor review. This is the first opportunity I’ve had to review. So here it is. More
Disappointed this time. I drive 100 miles to this dealer and this time had a recall appt. Got their and they did not have the software to to the upgrade.
