Went in for a service and told me what they need to replace told me what cost 500 and some change. I asked if it was covered under warranty and the answer was “I don’t think so“! It is very disturbing when you get into your vehicle and it has oil on the floor mat, steering wheel and door handle. This isn't the first time this has happened. You can do better than that. How hard wo it has oil on the floor mat, steering wheel and door handle. This isn't the first time this has happened. You can do better than that. How hard would it be to put a paper on the floor mat and wipe the oil and dirt off of the surfaces that you just made dirty? More
I had a vehicle with an intermittent check engine light. Dealer said they could not properly diagnose without the light being on even though the issue was suspect from an earlier time when it was in. Poor Dealer said they could not properly diagnose without the light being on even though the issue was suspect from an earlier time when it was in. Poor excuse for a mechanic. So trying to make an appt to have it diagnosed with it being intermittent and living 40 miles away is extremly ridiculous, but I played along and got lucky enough that the light was on the day we took it in. Now this was the third time the vehicle was in there to get this issue figured out. The first time they replaced some parts, it was part of the problem, but it wasn't all, the second time the light was off and apparently not enough for a mechanic to do a quick inspection on the same suspect areas rather than send me home and the third time the light was on yet service wanted to push me to do scheduled and pending maintenance issues like spark plugs instead of making it a priority to get the main issue fixed, while waiting around for 5 hours. These types of issues are what either keeps customer coming back or not. I'm not impressed, rather, extremely displeased with the lack of understanding and unwillingness to try to get my vehicle back on the road asap when it is needed the most. More
Every single staff member makes you feel unwelcomed. I went in for a scheduled oil change and stepped inside the service shop to find one staff member on a computer completely ignore me. Didn’t acknowledge me or say someone else would help me soon. I stood at the entrance for 5 minutes before someone else finally entered to help me. I decided to wait inside while service was done on my diesel vehicle and walked around to admire the displayed new cars. One of the sales reps saw me and made me feel uncomfortable when she spoke to me with an annoyed tone. More
