TLDR: NEVER BUY A CAR FROM BROADWAY CARS IN COLONIE. I bought the 2006 Chevy trailblazer on June 10th 2021 from Broadway Cars in Colonie NY. I paid IN FULL THAT DAY to Fred. Proceed to have to wait for my bought the 2006 Chevy trailblazer on June 10th 2021 from Broadway Cars in Colonie NY. I paid IN FULL THAT DAY to Fred. Proceed to have to wait for my car 24 hours while they have it in the shop (P&L auto) and claim to have it detailed “inside and out”. (At Hoffman’s on central) When Matt dropped it off, it was still filthy from the test drive. There was a used mask in the visor that was there from the FIRST TIME we saw the car. Then as I’m driving over the next day, the engine light comes on. They take it back after the weekend to have it “detailed” and try to fix the issue (they said it was simply a fuse that needed to be taken out and replaced with a factory specific one). After I drop it at 10am, my car is gone all day well past my daughter being done with school. I had to deal with minimal communication during that time on their end. I was finally was given another dealer car to pick my child up in and that was even filthier than my newly purchased car. When brought back, not only was my car not cleaned AGAIN, the engine light was still on PLUS 3 new lights came on for the Stabilitrack and ABS. Nothing was done about these, I was told by Fred multiple times they would have the shop fix all these issues, (they were simple jobs) just for my car to be gone all day, unable to do my daily routine, and have it brought back unchanged. The last time being in worse condition than when I purchased it. Excuse after excuse from these men. I gave them chance after chance with patience to correct these mistakes and nothing was done. Then after 19 days of owning this vehicle, it breaks down. I’m writing this now as I am stranded on the highway on the hottest day so far here in Upstate NY, June 29th 2021. My car just crapped out on the highway. Luckily I had enough time to get off the road. But now my $7000 car, with only 100846 miles on it, is dead on the road. After being told it was “well taken care of”, only had 3 owners, everything was “up to date”. Broadway Cars is just another scummy car dealership that wants your money and doesn’t care about yours or your kids safety. More

I dealt mostly with the owner Fred, but when he was not available, the rest of the team was there without missing a beat. The newest car, a BMW 535i xdrive, is absolutely amazing! I would definitely recommend them (and have to friends) and will be back when it's time to trade this in. More
