We had a terrible experience with Broad Auto Sales. They are not to be trusted! First, they did not send us our registration before our temporary plates expired. Not only this, but they strung us along a are not to be trusted! First, they did not send us our registration before our temporary plates expired. Not only this, but they strung us along and lied to us about having it ready, before finally sending it a full 24 DAYS LATE. That means we had a car that we were already paying for but could not drive for 24 days. We had to find a place to "hide" it so it wouldn't get towed off the street, and had to rent a car to get to work. They gave us a flat "no" when we asked for compensation for the rental, and never offered any compensation at all for their huge error. Other minor issues: Still waiting for them to send the owner's manual that should have been included, 3 months later. The car was a good price, but they charge high documentation fees. They were friendly and helpful enough in person when we bought the car, but it went downhill fast after that! More

Also they are charging $ 299 for documentation fees but there is a scam over here,this doesn't cover your registration fees and title fee. So onces you will pay $ 299 thinking that they will do title and registration. That is not true after you pay whole amount of your car, they will issue Temp. number plate and when thereafter when you will make a call to get you title and registration they will say you to pay fees for that which is a something like a "HIDDEN CHARGES". Before you a pay, make sure you have a write consent from this guys. More

I brought a used vw passat and they only told me i would need to get only the brakes done but once i purchased the car i had many problems.
