The communication within this dealership is horrible. The sales team was fair and we were happy with the deal that we made on our vehicle. The finance team tried to sell a higher interest rate than we finall sales team was fair and we were happy with the deal that we made on our vehicle. The finance team tried to sell a higher interest rate than we finally landed on. I was a cosigner on a vehicle and do not live in the area. They were unable to send documents for an esignature and told me (on 3 separate requests) that FedExing documents was absolutely not an option. They required me to take a part day off of work and drive 2 hours in to the dealership to cosign for a loan. When I arrived, I was told that they did not have the documents. They had been FedExed. Their response: "sorry". I emailed the general manager and he stated that he was embarrassed by the way the situation was handled. That was all we ever heard from them. They had made their sale and were done! More

Sorry but after having a rental for 3 days and paying for a wrecker and the service department fees they tell me they can’t find anything wrong with it so I drive it to a funeral in Houston it stops working a wrecker and the service department fees they tell me they can’t find anything wrong with it so I drive it to a funeral in Houston it stops working again.
