JR and Toyota's Product brought us Back! My wife and I started our car search several months back. One of our first visits was to the then Bristol Toyota Scion in Bristol Rhode Island. It was a rainy day that was brought to life by a great discussion with JR, a Sales Associate with Bristol Toyota. We told JR we were in the early stages of our search and needed a great deal of assistance. For the next hour, JR proceeded to answer all the questions on my wife's list. He was amazingly clear and to the point. He understood the Toyota Products and conveyed that quite clearly to my wife and I. He understood we were in the looking stages and he was there to guide us without the pressure. The visit with JR and Bristol Toyota stayed with us for the next few months. Fast forward----After visits to several different dealerships and road testing numerous cars, a decision was made to return to Bristol Toyota and JR. What a great move on our part! Discussions on all aspects of a purchase proceeded from that point forward. With JR's continued assistance an agreement was reached to purchase a Toyota Highlander. The Highlander had all the comforts my wife wanted in a new car. She has finally downsized from her numerous Vans. The last being a Toyota Sienna, remarkable car, with 213,000 miles. We can all assume my wife likes to drive in comfort with a vehicle that carries a lot of Stuff. GREAT EXPERIENCE TOYOTA!!! More
