I even had the VIN from the inventory on the website. Jes found the specific car on the lot and arranged the test drive without trying to steer me into a more expensive or complicated deal. We negotiated quickly engaging Paul Little to drive the value out of the deal I required and the dealership could accept. I did not go in with the intention of signing a deal that day. I intended to wait for President's Day sale. Jes cleared up that misunderstanding letting me know there would be no need to wait because the Highlander rarely goes into those sales promotions and asked simply where I expected to get to on a price. Then he and Paul worked the numbers to get us there and I signed the deal within three hours. I am the happy owner of a brand new Highlander XLE and enjoying its safety and security for the remainder of this lovely New England winter. More

In our latest visit in January 2016 our regular salesman JR rocha was out with another customer so jimmy lane offered to help us in his absence. Jimmy was a pleasure to deal with and made the transition to our new vehicle run very smoothly. We were also happy to be able to meet the owner of Bristol Toyota since he happened to be in the dealership that day because they were moving from Bristol to Swansea that weekend.
