My 2021 Jeep shopping experience was pretty tough. So when another one caught my eye from BAM, I routinely set up an appointment and went about my way to see it. Drum roll please!! This baby was parked right out front and looked even better than expected. All the bells and whistles they promised were there and it drove like a peach. After my test drive with Carlos, who was more knowledgeable than all other ride songs so far, I knew I had to make an offer. Phil was pretty stern on the price and I respected that. After all, I had done research for months and the price was in fact, fair. The final process was also seamless in the hands of Nate who carried through all the annoying PennDot / DMV paperwork easily. All in all, the trustworthiness of their ads, the congeniality of the staff and professionalism of their shop is truly hard to find so when you do it’s worth sharing. Scammers held my money with no right They got my money first and then treated me like garbage. I signed paperwork I put down a payment of 2,020. They found out that they couldn't provide me with a PA plates with a New jersey drivers license. They screwed up by making PA plates without even checking my drivers license information . They just kept trying to get a new deal then they hooked me up with insurance scammers that charged me 1,078 a month because they didn't service New Jersey I didn't know this till after I got the bill. Lies Lies and more Lies I said I wanted my money back and they refused me they said they'd hold my money until I got a PA drivers license who does that? Nasir the rest of them all scammers I signed all this paperwork stating that whatever was wrong with the car Id fix . They processed the info with their bank for financing me to try to get me to pay for a car that wasn't in my position. I called the better business Bureau and they failed to respond. If they scam you call your bank and you'll get your money back instantly like I did. More
