My experience with Blasius of Bristol was extremely disappointing. Before making the trip, I was asked to send photos of my trade-in vehicle. Based on those photos, I was given a trade-in value and disappointing. Before making the trip, I was asked to send photos of my trade-in vehicle. Based on those photos, I was given a trade-in value and led to believe we had a deal in place. Trusting that information, I drove nearly four hours to the dealership. Upon arrival, after only a brief inspection, I was informed that they were reducing their offer by $3,000 because of rust they claimed they could not see in the photos. I found this explanation difficult to accept, especially since the photos were sent directly to a cell phone, where zooming in on images is a basic feature available on virtually every modern smartphone. As a result, I spent almost eight hours driving round-trip and was at the dealership for less than ten minutes before having to leave and return home. Had the dealership thoroughly reviewed the photos beforehand or communicated their concerns prior to my trip, it would have saved everyone involved a significant amount of time and frustration. While I understand that trade-in values can change based on an in-person inspection, I believe customers deserve accurate evaluations and transparent communication before making such a long journey. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend Blasius of Bristol. More
