I did feel somewhat "mislead", but unfortunately I realize that I should have paid more attention and read the full agreement prior to signing. I have been taking my car in to have it serviced by Brinson for a year. They have been finding other things wrong with it and they get that fixed also. They let me know what the problem is. When I walked in, I had a car in mind, and though I wasn't given a choice at ALL once the financing was established, I did get a vehicle, which no other lot had managed to do.
