Brought my F150 Raptor in week before my service appt to be sure any required parts would be available on the service date. Service was for oil change, drivers door noises (only when hot outside temps) and be sure any required parts would be available on the service date. Service was for oil change, drivers door noises (only when hot outside temps) and front driver fender flare reattachment (broken holding clips). Was told by service rep flare clips would be in stock items. When service was done one week later was told by service tech flare clips were not available and had to be ordered. Tech could not duplicate door noises. After service was completed I noticed my tires had not been rotated and returned the truck and was told by the service rep they were but had not been reset. I keep rear tire pressure 3 psi lower (35) than the fronts (38) religiously and I noticed the tire press sensors (TPM) were still reading the same pressures as mentioned above. I returned the truck and asked again why had the tires not been rotated? Was told by the rep they were. Again I asked that they get rotated. Rep said OK and went to get it done. Minutes later Rep and Tech came into the service area waiting room and asked what tire pressure do I want them set to and I replied with "DON'T change them leave as is" so I know they were rotated (should see higher press in rear and lower in front). When told truck was ready I see all tires were set to 38 psi. I still believe the tires were not rotated but only corrected with tire pressures I had asked NOT to change. More

The man (Tony) was all over the place on the recall of my airbags. He never gave me a straight answer on how long it would take, this went on for a week before he told me it would take 4 1/2 hours when all o airbags. He never gave me a straight answer on how long it would take, this went on for a week before he told me it would take 4 1/2 hours when all other dealerships said it would take at least 2days.He then said he could pick it up then said no to that He then said he would get me a loaner vehicle then said he no to that. So now I am worried about all the difference and jumping around so I told them I would go to Tri-County and they called trying to block my recall work through them. Not a happy customer with the service I got this go around and not sure I will ever return. Ford has usually been pretty up front and honest but this was not a good experience. Thank you More

Tony in your service department went above and beyond! Great experience! I had to have AAA come out to unlock, and jump start my car because I could not get into it. Then I called Brinson Service and To Great experience! I had to have AAA come out to unlock, and jump start my car because I could not get into it. Then I called Brinson Service and Tony answered, told him my problem, thought I needed a new battery plus my general Maintenace was due could he help me. He got me in asap. He explained everything to me in detail and was very professional. He also showed me some things on the car I didn't know about. He went above and beyond what I expected, even better than the Mercedes and Lexus dealerships from previous cars I had before. More
I've been a Customer of the Athens ford dealership since 1999.. I've been bringing my 34 foot RV with a ford V10 to Athens Brinson since 2014 for oil change and service. The cost has always been around 1999.. I've been bringing my 34 foot RV with a ford V10 to Athens Brinson since 2014 for oil change and service. The cost has always been around $60. With the pandemic my RV has been in storage for almost 2 year. I made an appoint this year to get it serviced and inspected. When I went to check out the bill was $188. I paid it and went home and after thinking about it I stop and asked the service manager why the $120 increase? He told me he had to charge additional for the heavy hoist. I told him they have never put my RV on a hoist in the past and I have watched them change the oil in the back lot. He told me that the heavy lift charge was implement by him when he became Service Manager two years ago and walked away. His walking away maddened me so I told him my RV and ford vehicles purchased from Brinson will never be brought back to Brinson for service again. There are other dealerships for service in the area. An additional $120 for an oil change is outrages . More
