Incredibly terrible service! I'd recommend going elsewhere! Unbelievably arrogant and won't do the right thing to handle. Shoutout to Richard Dunkerson (GM) and Bo Grant (Service) of Brinson Ford of Athens for the exceptional service I received this week, Even though I presented my Nissan Altima having electrical problems this of Brinson Ford of Athens for the exceptional service I received this week, Even though I presented my Nissan Altima having electrical problems this Ford Dealership diagnosed the problem, provided a free loaner car, and did not overcharge for the over the top care they provided a non-Ford customer. They communicated with me by text as they progressed and even washed my car when completed. I cannot recommend this dealership highly enough for their professionalism and quality service. Having said that, I did give Bo (a rabid Alabama fan) grief over AL stealing my Univ of Washington Husky FB coach to replace Saban. More

Well, I'm not sure they were completely honest with me about the cost of fixing my 2009 Mercury Milan. My car only had 81,000 miles with a V-6 engine and it shouldn't have cost the price you quoted me to about the cost of fixing my 2009 Mercury Milan.
