I was viewing the Subaru Outback online, and was in contact with Ed Troike at Subaru Brilliance in Elgin, Illinois. Ed was in constant contact with me, answered all my questions and was extremely know contact with Ed Troike at Subaru Brilliance in Elgin, Illinois. Ed was in constant contact with me, answered all my questions and was extremely knowledgeable. I could not drive to Elgin and live 1 hour away and asked him if he could deliver the car to me. Ed was kind enough to bring the car to a designated place near my home. He brought all the paperwork with him, explained it and now I have my new Subaru!! Am very grateful for his expertise and kindness in helping me make this purchase. I have never ever bought a car by just viewing it online but am so pleased that I had competent people to work with. Would highly recommend him. Also as a lot of dealerships have a lot of add on's in their contracts, Brilliance of Subaru did not! Saved me $$ More
