Personable I continue to go back to Brilliance Honda (where I also purchased my car) because of their personable staff and service. Everyone at Brilliance Honda I continue to go back to Brilliance Honda (where I also purchased my car) because of their personable staff and service. Everyone at Brilliance Honda are welcoming. When I am there for an oil change the service department comes and gives me an update on my car and any work that should be done. I receive a printout to take with me for future reference. Brilliance Honda also washes your car for free when it is serviced and often gives discounts for the work that is being done. The waiting area has coffee, water, etc., and popcorn. Seating is comfortable and offers 2 different TV's to watch. The service waiting area is also always clean. More
Their "word" has an expiration date. I would like to start by saying we had a good experience with purchasing the vehicle and even the first time or 2 we took the car into Service. (Even I would like to start by saying we had a good experience with purchasing the vehicle and even the first time or 2 we took the car into Service. (Even though it should not have even had to go to service since we have only had the car for a little under 3 months!) My fiance purchased a Dodge Durango from Brilliance on December 6, 2016. Just 2 days after the purchase we had to take it back as the check engine light came on and the car started to accelerate without touching the accelerator. After a discussion with service and sales they did agree to take care of this problem at no charge to us. (even though we had not purchased a warranty) They agreed this should not have happen just 2 days after the purchase. So, we took the car in on December 8th the replaced the Pedal Position sensor and they then could not figure out why the problem was not fixed. They sent our car to another Dealer's Service center for reprogramming and we finally received the car back on December 16. On December 19, 2016 we took the car back for the exact same issue. They sent it right to the other dealer as they thought it was best they looked at it since they are a Dodge Service Center. Turned out that the reason all of this was happening is because they sold it to us having a bad computer system. At this point the service department was still extremely helpful and they were still taking claim for the issue. We received the car back on December 30th. It had been just over a month and we have been finally enjoying the car we purchased, until, big surprise, same issue! We contacted Jeff in service at Brilliance and told him what was going on and that we were taking back to Dodge as that is where they had us take it last time. (Jeff was always helpful to us and I have no complaints about him personally) When the Dodge dealer called Brilliance about this issue they told them to have us call them. My fiance did and they basically told him that it was no longer their concern and they were tired of dumping money into our car. The guy screamed at him over the phone and hung up on him! So, when they told us that they would make it right and take care of everything, what they meant was, until they don't want to any more! I know we don't have a warranty, but we were given their word that they would take care of it. Then they just decide that their word expires! I can see if we had multiple things we were bringing it in for but, seriously, it was the same thing every time! More
