The pricing on the used car I bought was ok and the reason I said it's ok is because it's about 2500-3000k more expensive than other similar used cars (same make, model, trim, similar mileage within 5- reason I said it's ok is because it's about 2500-3000k more expensive than other similar used cars (same make, model, trim, similar mileage within 5-10k less or more, similar packages with either one or two less). I still purchased the car because it's the only car that has all the options I want and it's within driving distance (70 miles) compared to other places that are 500+ miles. My buying experience with the sales person (Evan M) was fine until the sale was completed and then it was a different story. After the sale was completed, I asked him to follow up with me with two things regarding the car at different times (one right after the sale was completed at the dealership and another one after I had to called to follow up with the first one since he never followed up with me). 2-3 days went by, no calls, no text, no email, nothing. Weeks went by, nothing. Evan doesn't seem to care about my concerns since the sale was completed already and if he doesn't want to help me then transfer me to someone who is willing to, if there is any? Overall, I still recommend this dealership just because the finance guy Vince W was great! (Thank you) And they also had the used car I want but a little overpriced compared to others. I do not recommend Evan, just ask him why. Seek someone else and hopefully they are not like him, cross-fingers! More
