My wife & I purchased a new 23 CRV Sport Touring last week. After taking a ride trip, we realized a couple of safety features were not functioning properly. We left the car with the service department at week. After taking a ride trip, we realized a couple of safety features were not functioning properly. We left the car with the service department at Brillance on Monday & due to a part needing to be ordered, didn’t pick it up until Thursday. The service department put 168 miles on our new car!!! No test ride to access the car necessitates 168 miles! IF YOU GET WORK DONE HERE, BE AWARE OF YOUR MILES!! Never coming back! More

If I could give10 stars I would. Jason, Jon and Darrell made the process so much less stressful than expected from a previous dealership. They are dog friendly, employees stopped to play with my dog and chat. My family has been using Brilliance for decades- and I will most likely continue that. Our salesman Evan was exceptional. He was patient, honest and quick to help. We were able to rake home our car within 2 weeks of our initial meeting.
