This is my 5th Honda and 4th from Brilliance (or their predecessor, CL Honda). We were referred to this dealership by our mechanic, who said he'd recommended a number of people to them and they all walked away with reliable, well-maintained used cars at a good price. We called ahead and spoke with Craig, who took our information and what we were looking for, and called back within an hour with recommendations that fit our budget and driving needs. The car we were most interested in was ready for a test drive when we arrived an hour later, and Ryan rode along on the test drive. Both men were knowledgeable about the cars, and if neither knew the answer to a question, they'd find it for us. We did have some questions about the make/model we looked at (specific mechanical issues), and both men were honest and upfront about answering the questions. We didn't feel like we were getting the usual salesman hustle we've experienced at other dealerships. When it came time to finalize the price, we paid what we wanted and drove away very happy. We highly recommend doing business with these two gentlemen. Definitely worth the one hour drive up from Chicago! More

My husband and I bought a used car here. Next time we have to get a car we'll just go here first. They had very nice cars for any price range new or used. Ryan our salesman had another sale that night so he was doing double duty and the others stepped in to work as a team until we left. For example while we waited for our car our salesperson was helping someone else so another salesmen went to in the rain to put our plates on for us. Without being asked by anybody and was happy to do so. Our salesperson Ryan was really nice and not creepy at all. He didn't try to sell us anything we didn't want, and never pushed. I went to over a dozen dealerships, never again. I was refeshing to see a dealership that believes in seeing people get a good car for a good price. More
