My sales person Ryan was great; he went above and beyond the call of duty and followed up on the little items that made dealing the Brilliance a great experience. Even the credit person Kip was great and very helpful. The service department was over the top with making sure I was taken care of, had a loaner car and all the details were attended to. All I can say was that Brilliance Honda put the articles to rest made it ENJOYABLE to shop for a new vehicle! Darrell Herbert was my sales rep and he was absolutely superb. He worked with me and my numbers and I was able to get into the vehicle I wanted and stay within my budget. I almost walked out at 3 different times during the sale, but Darrell was the best and seemed to really care about getting me into the car I wanted.
