I was actually shocked how easy buying a car from Brilliance Honda was. I requested an internet quote from the dealership and received a very prompt response from Bob Daniel. The price Bob quoted to me was the best price I received from the dealerships that responded. Bob's response was also not just some automated reply. Some of the dealerships had 4 or 5 sales people respond to me and typically it was with different prices for the same vehicle. Bob obviously takes your business seriously and cares about the customer. Bob also had to search for the color of the vehicle I wanted and completed a dealer trade promptly so I could have the car I wanted, which, since there were only 2 in the Chicago area was very impressive. Bob set me up with Max Ring to complete the transaction. Max is a very personable and extremely friendly salesman. He came in on his day off because of my busy schedule and never made me feel rushed. Max was very organized, had all the paperwork ready to go when I arrived, took the time to make sure I was comfortable with my new vehicle and makes a great cup of hot chocolate!! Max also really shows that he cares about the customer. I have had some HORRIBLE experiences throughout my life purchasing new vehicles. I was actually stunned at how easy it was at Brilliance Honda. I kept waiting for something bad to happen but it never did.
