To begin with, I received an online quote from Bob Daniel. When I came into the showroom for a test drive, he also took the time to introduce himself to me and engage in conversation with me. Darrell was extrememly helpful to me the minute I walked into the show room for a test drive. He followed up with me in the manner I had asked.. not too much ... not too little. He explained all of the car options. When I came back to negotiate pricing of other options and my trade in, he did everything to be accomodating. We had purcahsed a Honda Accord from you 5 years ago, and had a good experience then, so we felt we should give you the chance of selling to us again. This time, however, we were purchasing two new Hondas at the same time .. this CRV and a Honda Accord. The bottom line is that McGrath beat your pricing a little bit, but we chose to stay with you due to the professionalism of your team...Darrell being a big part of that team! They are the best. Period. I worked in car sales and finance in the mid-90's and I know how challenging and cutthroat this job can be, especially now, when information and offerings are so widely known.
