Do not do business with this dealership! The Manager Craig does not honer his own quoted price. I saw a Honda Fit listed on there website. It was in transit to the dealership so I drove a silver one. We decide to start negotiations for the red Fit in transit. Craig wrote on a paper $5500 for my trade-in. A week later I came with my money to pay the balance of the price of the car. Craig said he would give me $3500 for my trade-in. Nothing had happened to my triad in in that one week. Craig is just the shadiest car dealer I have ever dealt with. He even found is copy of the paper with his handwriting but still would not honor his own offer. Here is a summary of the things wrong at this dealership: [ ] They will yank you around with the trade-in [ ] The dealership will add accessories after the factory such as wheel locks or floor mats. They will charge 2 to 3 times the price on the Honda website. [ ] They do not honor Internet price quotes. I came to the dealership with the agreed upon amount of cash. I left without a car in shock. There are plenty of Honda dealerships in the Chicagoland area, give them your business. I ended up with a beautiful Mini Cooper Clubman from Patrick. More

Overall the sales process went great. They worked with me to find the car I wanted and gave me a fair price on it. The only hassle for the purchase of the car was the delay in actually getting the car to the to find the car I wanted and gave me a fair price on it. The only hassle for the purchase of the car was the delay in actually getting the car to the dealership but that was due to supply issues and had nothing to do with the dealership. As far as the price, I didn't do any work on negotiating the price, I pretty much expected to not get a great deal due to it being a special order. The only thing that didn't work out well with it was the delay in delivering the car caused me to lose a significant amount of money on my trade in value from what they had originally quoted. Again this was a result of something outside of the control of the dealership. The only negative issue I had was with the service department where between me being upset and them being defensive or dismissive, I left being very unhappy with the quality of of the service department. I have since gone back to follow up on the issue and things went much smoother and they were very helpful and there was no hassle at all. At this point I think their service department seems like it will work out well in the long run, I just had a bad day which seems like it's going to be the exception and not the norm. More

Darrell went above and beyond my expectations. I am currently an owner of an 07 Honda Odyssey. No me was the best vehicle I ever owned and knew that we would be getting a second one for my wife. The new vehicle included the Navi and and blue tooth technology which was new to us. After the sale was complete he spent another 30 minutes with us showing us how to use the Navi and set up our phones to work with the blue tooth. He as very friendly and patient with us and as I mentioned went above and beyond our expectations. The was without a doubt the best car purchase experience I've ever had and felt good about after leaving. More

Darrell Herbert and Jeff Deters did an outstanding job of taking care of me. Darrell took time to show me everything about the car and I felt very comfortasble dealing with him. This is the second car I have purchased from Brilliance. The first was a 2008 Honda Accord. When it came time for my son to get a car (just graduated college and needs a car for his new job), I thought of The first was a 2008 Honda Accord. When it came time for my son to get a car (just graduated college and needs a car for his new job), I thought of Brilliance due to my experience buying the 2008. I was weighing the options of buying my son a used car or selling him my 2008 and buying a new car. Darrell was able to provide a very attractive deal that made the decision pretty easy. I now have a shiny new Honda Accord in the garage. We now have 3 Accords (2007, 2008 and 2012) and expect to own more in the future. More
