I traded in my 2010 Honda Fit that my husband bought here. I tried getting a loan to keep my Fit from 3 credit unions, and was told I had to have a cosigner,which I could not find. I called Brilliance here. I tried getting a loan to keep my Fit from 3 credit unions, and was told I had to have a cosigner,which I could not find. I called Brilliance to see what could be done to get a car in my name alone with a ch. 13 bankruptcy(repayment) on my credit report. Max was very fast with giving me answers after the banks would accept me. He was very generous with pricing on the Protector package and gave me time to think things over. He let me test drive a Civic and told me the details of it. Max worked very hard to get me the best deal, and was extremely friendly and not pushy. The reason why I gave a 4 for satisfaction for price, was because I thought I should have gotten more for my trade in and more taken off for the price of the 2012 Civic;however, I was very happy with the interest rate that I received and the term of the loan. The only negative thing that I would say about Max is that on the phone, he told me that I could get a new car with the same monthly payment that I was making on the Fit, which was $283 a month for 5 years. The price of my Civic is $372 a month for 6 years. More

I really expected to be pressured into buying a car but I was shocked when Max brought me the price of my new Honda Accord. Not only was it better equipped than cars from other Honda dealers, the price was was shocked when Max brought me the price of my new Honda Accord. Not only was it better equipped than cars from other Honda dealers, the price was lower by almost $1,000!!!! I didn't have to go back and forth, didn't have to talk to the manager, none of that....this was probably the best experience I have ever had buying a car. Max was great, he let me drive the car, didn't twist my arm, answered my questions and when he gave me the keys, he showed me all the features of my new car.
