He was friendly, intelligent and treated me with respect. Obviously, he wanted to make a sale but was not overly pushy. Jeff Deters also joined in the conversation from time-to-time and, again, he was friendly without pushing too hard. A couple of days later I visited a dealership only 15 minutes from my house. Although they offered me a similar deal to what Max had offered, they were impersonal and actually somewhat insulting. My husband and I left that dealership and made the one hour trip to Brilliance; I wanted my car purchase to be an enjoyable, positive experience. Max, Bob & Jeff had earned my business.
