Mr. Bob Daniel did an absolutely OUTSTANDING job in working with us through internet contacts, email and phone and was just as stellar in person when we met him at the dealership. We traveled over 200 miles for this sale, so Mr. Daniel inspiring confidence and clarity about the sale was of paramount importance. He wrote out exactly what the price would be out the door, which none of the several competitors we consulted did for us. He has an excellent speaking tone and really LISTENS, is patient, and answers all questions at high levels of satisfaction. He conveys that he values you as a customer and really wants to do a sale with you if at all possible, but at the same time does not ever pressure you. Mr. Daniel did what he said he would do and makes you feel valued on initial contact, during the sale and even after the sale. Our on-floor sales consultant, Ms. Eva Gagliardi was available promptly for our appointment and helped us with a test drive done right away and paperwork to complete the sale, as well as accommodating our wish to utilize her computer to log onto our on-line insurance company to add the vehicle to our insurance ( current insurance cards were all that was asked for but we like to make sure a new vehicle is insured immediately when we buy it, so she allowed us to use her computer in her office). Ms. Gagliardi was very concise and helpful and thus the sale transaction went smoothly once we arrived at the dealership. She transitioned us to Mr. Dan Schmidt, Finance Manager, who completed the paperwork succinctly and also answered all our questions and gave us copies of all paperwork completed with him—he put each copy in a folder set aside for us to take with us right after we signed each one). We were offered opportunity to purchase extended warranty, but given a couple of days to go home and think about it, so not pressured. We couldn’t be happier with how smoothly the sale went from first contact with Bob Daniel to final sales completion for us out the door. Not only was this dealership the best deal for us and well worth the 435 mile round trip for us, but also the best sales group/overall dealership we dealt with. THANKS Brilliance Honda for making what can be a stressful time into the most pleasurable one of any dealership in our search area. Even the service dept. manager called and gave us his cell phone for any questions after we got home! The dealership itself has very friendly atmosphere, all staff greets you warmly and promptly upon arrival, personable, clean, sharp, well-cared for facility. The new car was exactly as described, with the extras agreed upon on it and in pristine condition inside and out, with only 8 miles on it as noted… All in all…if there is a possible 10 stars, this dealership gets 10+++++ !!! PS for anyone traveling there---The dealership is easy to drive to and find and there is a McDonald’s right next door, so if you are making a long trip, fast food is close by too…. PS This review was basically written in 2/2012 and we have now had the car over 6 months—Car drives like a dream and functioning GREAT mechanically…VERY HAPPY with IT!!!!! We even referred another buyer and got a check in the mail—with not even contacting Brilliance first and making sure we had made arrangements for when the person came to look…—they must have found out and acted on the information from the buyer…talk about customer service!!!
