After requesting and receiving an outstanding internet bid from Bob Daniels, we were scheduled to meet with Darrell Herbert to test drive the 2013 Honda Odyssey Touring Elite. Darrell proved to be an exemplary sales representative, providing ample opportunity to examine and test drive several Odysseys. Upon reaching a decision on the Odyssey, Darrell processed our trade-in offer with the Brilliance managers in a fair and respectful manner. Cindy is warm and friendly, and she knows her way around the cars. She was quick to point out the features and differences of the 2012 CRV from the 2009, which I was trading in. Once I knew I wanted the car, it was time to talk numbers. There was a point where I thought we were just too far apart from each others' numbers and that I'd have to keep looking, but Cindy and Jon would not give up. The negotiation was pleasant and mutually beneficial. Cindy and Jon really made me feel like an important customer, plus they came up with a solution that worked for both of us. I'm absolutely ecstatic about my "new" CRV and about the purchase process, which exceeded my expectations exponentially. Highly, highly recommend! More
We had a good experience purchasing our Odyssey at Brilliance. We first worked with Bob Daniel who quoted a price for us. We then worked with Carolina Corona who arranged a trial day drive and showe Brilliance. We first worked with Bob Daniel who quoted a price for us. I had pain issues with the new headrests and Carolina worked hard to problem solve this for us. She ended up finding that we could substitute the 2010 headrests for the 2013 headrests which were so much more comfortable for me and has prevented me from getting the bad headaches caused by the 2013 headrests. Carolina answered our questions and did not keep contacting us to pressure us to buy while we made our decision. We so appreciate that! Since Carolina switched jobs while we were deciding, we worked with Max Ring for the purchase. The van arrived ahead of schedule. The only complaint we had is that we paid to have the surface protection applied to the van and when we received it, the interior was still wet with the application. It got on our clothes and hands which was unpleasant. Other than that, this was as pleasant an experience as we could have hoped buying a new car. Thank you, Brilliance Honda. More

The BDC process made everything fast and efficient. By the time I was ready to deal with the sales person, all but the signatures were complete. Overall great experience with Brillance again. My family has bought two previous Accords from Brillance. Max kept me up to date on when the car was being made and when it would arrive. It even arrived earlier than expected. Max was very friendly and wasn't pushy or overbearing like salesmen at other dealerships. Being my first new car, Max seemed to understand this and was very helpful throughout the whole process. Brillance was willing to match a lower interest rate I was offered somewhere else (they actually gave me an even lower rate). The final price was a little more than I wanted, but I think I got a pretty good value overall for the features the car has and the extras I added . Max was willing to knock down the price on some accessories to get closer to the price I had in mind. I would highly recommend Brillance Honda. More
