Please avoid***Dishonest/Distrusting. Not a Peoples Dealer. 100% Dishonest organization. Chris the previous sales manager, George the present sales manager, Tony the owner and Kristian the finance manager have 100% Dishonest organization. Chris the previous sales manager, George the present sales manager, Tony the owner and Kristian the finance manager have all failed me as a hard working patron. They make false promises just to have you purchase. Once you purchase they do not follow through. The vehicle I purchased which cost me over $50,000 came with a defective headlight, which they promised to fix and never did (cost $3800 to fix). Also unbeknownst to me prior to purchase the vehicle was in a previous accident which somehow they managed to hide from the car fax. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THEM. It is extremely disheartening to say that the vehicle of my dreams became my biggest nightmare. Every time I return to try and get some justice there is another dissatisfied customer there sharing their disbeliefs and disappointments. **PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT SUCH ORGANIZATIONS THAT TAKE FROM THOSE THAT ARE SIMPLY TRYING TO ENJOY WHAT THEY WORK SO HARD FOR** PS. Since my purchase on 12/21/2016 3 out of the 5 people I have worked with to try and resolve my issue no longer work at Brilliance. As well educated and well informed patrons most know that a great organization retains their employees. Learn from my mistake and please do not give them your business. More
