My only disappointment was that the front tires on the car failed the very first time I drove the car the day it delivered to my house and I had to have the car towed to the tire shop. They were the original tires from 2015 when the car was new. NTB showed me dry rot and cracks in the sidewalls of both front tires and the MFG year of 2015 that is stamped on the tires. Your service department should have caught this when they inspected the car. Luckily I was driving on a secondary road about 40 miles an hour when this happened and there were no issues. If I would have been on the interstate going 75 miles an hour someone could have gotten hurt. Other than that I am very satisfied with the car itself. More

I drove 5 hours because we had a verbal agreement on a car and it's price. Once I got there, the manager wouldn't honor that agreement even after I pointed out some minor deficiencies with the vehicle we car and it's price. Eventually our salesman went to the GM instead and we were able to come to an agreement, but we still ended up paying over $500 more than what we had originally agreed on. More

Typical sales people. When I hesitated and asked to think about a trade in overnight, the sales person I was working with asked me what was changing my mind. I could be better at saying no, but I don’t need to be strong armed either. A truly good salesman will give someone time to consider. Very old-school, typical tactics. Said they would give me money on my car, but I ended up financing the entire price of the vehicle. They also promised to fix my turn signals and a USB port in the new vehicle, but didn’t know they couldn’t put LED lightbulbs in. They suggested it was an electrical problem and their electrical guy wasn’t in until the next week knowing I lived over an hour away. I took it to a local auto parts store and they fixed it no problem. They want to take you for all you have and rush you out the door with their lemon. It was despicable. I will never shop here again and highly recommend you search elsewhere. Liars and thieves. More
