Purchased a 2008 Honda Odyssey from Wixom Motors on 3/29/25. I knew it had issues , as used cars tend to, but Wixom Motors assured me that they would repair the air conditioning and a transmission issu 3/29/25. It worked for one day after they worked on it. My mechanic confirmed the failed part was the one they claimed to have replaced. Brought it into Brighton Motors (affiliated with Wixom Motors). After a long wait, they assured me it was repaired but couldn't be tested because it was too cold (55F) out. Never worked. Now they are not returning my calls, and I am looking at a $1500 repair. Long story short, do not trust their service department at all. They keep you coming back and waiting until you give up. More
Please Do Not Purchase Any Vehicle I contacted the dealership today to set up a time to look at this 4runner. I had some concerns with the description of the 4Runner. It was advertised as a 2020 TRD O dealership today to set up a time to look at this 4runner. I had some concerns with the description of the 4Runner. It was advertised as a 2020 TRD Off Road premium. After looking at the vehicle. I conferred with a Toyota rep we concluded it was a Limited Nightshade version and not at all a TRD. The overall vehicle was not in a state that should have been viewed by any customer. It truly looked like it wasn’t prep. Tar and road debris was still covering the body. Discussed my concerns with the salesperson and then manager. The manager was not apologetic of the misrepresentation and was very rude and asked me to leave if I wasn’t purchasing the vehicle. This deceptive attempt to maximize savings on a higher trim level and then telling myself you’re getting the best deal didn’t sit well with me. Typically the difference between a TRD Off Road and Limited is about $2500 for this year. They attempted to show the carfax showing the TRD level and I asked to view the title. The Michigan title only said Toyota 4Runner. Not TRD nor Limited. I’ve purchased 22 vehicles over my lifetime and I’ve never been treated this rudely. More

It was a good vehicle but CS skills are needed by some. More
Bobby was great dealing with at Brighton motors, very friendly and willing to hear me out and help me take in my trade to get me into a truck I was interested in. Brighton Motors has always met all my transportation needs. I have purchased three vehicles from them in three years. They offer a wide variety of vehicles and met my needs when my life changed. They are prompt , courteous, and have literally changed my life and the lives of the folks who depend on me. They provide excellent service if the vehicles and keep me informed of my upgrade options. I bought a car from Brighton motors in July. By August I was experiencing issues with the car . The original guy who sold me the car was already gone. That’s another issue with the dealership. Employees rotate in and out as fast as rent is due. The new manager after a few conversations made it right by replacing say bars and pads in the car. The sway bar went and they were going to replace it for free. I had to reschedule the appointment. To no luck service department doesn’t answer calls or messages . I live almost forty minutes away so I popped up and once again new staff and the service department says they have to verify to fix it free because it’s new staff and the system is a mess and nothing is saved . As a woman I hate dealing with this aspect because I don’t know much about mechanics. Told me there’s no appointment for a month!!! Before buying get your car checked out !!! More
