They didn't have time to perform the work. I set up an appointment to drop my service van off for a minor recall issue. It was dropped off at 7 a.m. as arranged. I received a call it approximately 2 o'clock in the afternoon with the bad news they weren't going to have time to get to it. I asked if I left it overnight if they could do it on Saturday and was informed they didn't have time to do it then either. They're really good at making appointments, they even confirmed the night before that I had one ...they're just not very good at KEEPING appointments. The fact that this is a service van makes it an even even bigger pain in the butt. I guess I'll try a different dealership next time around. Sincerely Daniel Martin More

I came across a few cars I was interested in at Brighton Ford and emailed the gentlemen that was listed on the website late at night. Troy Hill promptly returned my email at 7:30 the next morning (way before I thought I would get a response)! He was very helpful and we set up an appointment right away. Troy met me at the door and was the most courteous and polite salesman I’ve ever come across. He did not push or pry or make you feel like you needed to buy the car you came to look at. He made the experience effortless and I truly appreciate his help after such an awful experience elsewhere. The woman who helped me with the warranty and financing was great and helpful too!
