"Bill" in the finance department is a NASTY, sarcastic person. When questioned about his itemized bill which differed from the salespersons, his true colors came out. We just returned home with our 2nd Lincoln MKX, both leased from Bright Bay. We were so pleased with our 2010 model we decided to move into a 2012. He is truly knowledgeable and helpful in explaining all the details associated with owning a new MKX. These new models are so technical. But, Dom explained it all before I left the showroom. I was having trouble syncing my phone and he took the time to make sure it was done. He handled it personally. What I like about this dealership is that you can call your salesman at any time, even after the deal is done. He is still there to help you. I highly recommend a visit to Bright Bay. More
