My wife and I just leased our second Lincoln from Bright Bay Auto group. We have been dealing with them for the last three years. The first purchase of a MKZ went very well, and this past week we leased an Bay Auto group. We have been dealing with them for the last three years. The first purchase of a MKZ went very well, and this past week we leased an MKX. The whole process could not have been better or gone any smother. We were greeted within minutes of entering by Mr. Babbo, while sitting in an MKX in the showroom. He almost immediately asked us to take one of the cars for a test drive. Upon returning, my wife was not sure that this was what we wanted, and decided to look at a Mazda x5 in neighboring showroom. When we returned she was still not sure and asked if it were possible to drive another MKX. Without hesitation, Mr. Babbo went and got the keys. That second drive did the trick. This professional, courteous and very patient attitude of Mr. Babbo was in large part what did the trick. It is rarely a pleasurable experience purchasing or leasing a new car. However, this experience was an exception. Together with the remainder of the staff at Brightbay, Mr. Babbo and the others understand that the customer is important to their success. If you are looking for a Lincoln or a MazdaI, I highly recommend this dealership. STAY AWAY FROM BRIGHT BAY LINCOLN!!! Domenick, the STAY AWAY FROM BRIGHT BAY LINCOLN!!! Domenick, the dealer, had managed to lure me and my husband all the way from NJ (a 90-minute drive each way!) pr STAY AWAY FROM BRIGHT BAY LINCOLN!!! Domenick, the dealer, had managed to lure me and my husband all the way from NJ (a 90-minute drive each way!) promising us to "make us happy", to give us 17-18K as the trade-in value for our current Lincoln (based on the Car Fax we sent him via email), to "be flexible with the asking price for the used Lincoln" (which, btw, was over 2K above book value). "Don't worry," he said, "we will make a deal." Really? Upon arrival, and before even checking our car, Domenick stated, "when I offered the 17-18K I didn't know the car had 3 accidents." Really? Didn't you have our email with the car report in front of you?...At this point my husband was already suspicious that honesty was probably not his strong suit, but we decided to give it a fair try (after all, we were 90 minutes away from home). Upon seeing the car and taking it for a short drive Domenick gave us this compelling speech about him being the "number 1 at the dealership, and why?", he asked, "since I am an honest guy!!!" Really? I guess that offering us 16,700 for our car should be considered honesty, after promising 17-18K. I guess that asking for the same exact price advertised online is also considered honesty, after luring us to Long Island under the false premise of "being flexible with the price". I also guess that offering us to pay 24K for the difference between our car and the used Lincoln we wanted to purchase + installing a new DVD system in the car, but then have the manager Tom show up and increase the price to $24,700 and no DVD is considered honesty in the eyes of Bright Bay Lincoln. My husband had more than enough of this "honest" manner in which these guys do business, that the one thing that he wanted was to leave, which we did. Since I really liked the car, my husband agreed to have me text Domenick and ask him if we could close at 24K, as per his initial offer. Domenick, who had texted me the day before "I'm sure I will make you guys happy, I spoke to the owner and he will step up on the trade..." (really? by offering us less? yup, we were so happy that we couldn't stop ourselves from doing the happy dance), ended up offering us $24,500. We asked for an additional minor discount (even $50, just to get this done with), but then these guys came up with a 1K expanse on "the truck" that they weren't aware of before (really?) and thus couldn't do $24,500 but only $24,700. Honesty at its best... At this point we started our way back home to NJ, relieved that we didn't do business with this Bright Bay Lincoln, which is anything but bright! Unless you have the same definition to the word honesty as these guys have, I would recommend that you STAY AWAY FROM BRIGHT BAY LINCOLN!!! More

My experience here was horrible. I was going to be leasing a car and my parents were going to be buying a car. My parents needed a lot of paper work done and Arthur did nothing but talk out of both si leasing a car and my parents were going to be buying a car. My parents needed a lot of paper work done and Arthur did nothing but talk out of both sides of his mouth, he didn't call the bank like he told us he didn't even process anything he claims to have done. He wasted my time by making me go back and forth to look and test drive cars and told me we could pick up our cars on Saturday and then never called anyone back and didn't even fill out any of the paperwork he claimed to have all ready. This dealership sucks and they treat people like your time is nothing. I would highly recommend NEVER coming here. Arthur never had a intention to sell my father a car or lease me one. He is a LIAR and not even MAN enough to call people back. This place sucks end of story More
Great experence with Max, the entire dealership was great as well. I don't know why people have given Bill a poor comment, he was very helpful to my husband and I, everyone there made our experience great. I as well. I don't know why people have given Bill a poor comment, he was very helpful to my husband and I, everyone there made our experience great. If anyone wants to buy a car, I'd honestly recommend this dealership without thinking twice, and to ask for MAX to help out, the guy is very honest and he is great at what he does!! We will definitely go back to this dealership in the future!! They are #1 and I'd say they definitely do the right thing by the customers, definitely there to sell you an honest automobile, they don't beat around the bush like most dealerships do. Thank you everyone, especially Max for such an excellent car buying experience!! More
I cannot speak for the sales department as I purchased my car at a dealership that has since closed; I have become extremely familiar with the service department as my 2011 Lincoln MKS has been there for rep car at a dealership that has since closed; I have become extremely familiar with the service department as my 2011 Lincoln MKS has been there for repairs at least 5 times. Although the poor quality of the vehicle is no fault of the dealer, it becomes their fault the car has had to be returned to the service department days after being told the problem has been addressed. I have also been told numerous times that the "squeaks and creaks" I am hearing are normal driving noises. While this may be the case with an older vehicle with 100k miles, I cannot accept that this is true for 1 year old car (purchased new) with barely 20k miles. As frustrating as getting repairs done at Bright Bay is, it pales in comparison to the dealer's loaner car experience. Not only must you wait at least a week before a loaner car is available (which can be a major problem when your car is leaking an unknown fluid on your driveway), but each time I have been graced with a loaner it is filthy inside and out. As the last repairs I had done were extensive, I had the loaner for several days and after day 2 I had the car thoroughly cleaned inside and out at my expense because I could no longer ignore the cigarette ashes on the ledge of the driver's door and dashboard, the build-up of crumbs and stickiness of spilled beverages, the layer of haze on the windows and windshield, or the lingering odor permeating from all areas of the car. Whoever is responsible for the loaner cars at Bright Bay should be a little more concerned with the condition the car is given to the customer instead of the amount of gas in the car when it is returned. After the experiences I've had at Bright Bay and conversations I have had with owners of foreign luxury cars, it is extremely likely my next purchase will be an Infiniti, Lexus, BMW or something similar as it seems these dealers are much more attentive to the needs and concerns of their customers. Max was an excellent sales associate who gave us the feeling he was working for us. He paid attention to detail throughout the sale, and at no point did he have better things to do like a lot of other d feeling he was working for us. He paid attention to detail throughout the sale, and at no point did he have better things to do like a lot of other dealerships I've been to. The transaction was smooth and went without any real snags/unforeseen fees/hidden costs. Even after we left and found a discrepancy with the car, Max said, and is currently in the process of getting us reimbursed for a bad battery that we found out about the next day. He is readily available by phone and truly makes cares about his job. I strongly recommend utilizing him and his knowledge when buying a car at this dealership. In fact I have already given his cards out to several people I know and referred him to them. A+ Max, thanks again for your continued help. More
"Bill" in the finance department is a NASTY, sarcastic person. When questioned about his itemized bill which differed from the salespersons, his true colors came out. He stated, "We can do whate sarcastic person. When questioned about his itemized bill which differed from the salespersons, his true colors came out. He stated, "We can do whatever we want with these numbers!" "Bill" has a pugnacious (tough guy wanna-be) attitude. He was also eating while we were sitting with him(ill mannered). So very unprofessional, he will rush you and not explain much to you. I would NEVER buy from Bright Bay Lincoln again. Buy Honda. More
