The rushed nature of the sale led me to overlook crucial factors, ultimately resulting in my trading the Durango in just two months later for a Jeep. This hasty exchange incurred substantial financial losses that could have been easily avoided had I been given the time and space to thoroughly consider my options without feeling coerced. The experience left me feeling exploited and frustrated. I believe the high-pressure sales tactics employed by your staff are unethical and detrimental to customer satisfaction. I I called three months ago to have my back up camera replaced because it wasn’t working. I have every known warranty that Briggs offers, I have a bumper-to-bumper, hundred thousand mile warranty. I have the Briggs promise warranty so I was under the assumption that this camera was covered so I made the appointment after three months. They finally had the camera went in and got my oil changed got the camera fixed and when I picked up my car, they gave me a bill for $900, I told them that I had the warrantees that covered all of this and they said they would look it up and give me a call back so the next day they called my husband told him they found the warranties but I had $100 deductible which no one ever said or told me I had there was no communication because if they would’ve told me I would’ve told them I needed to wait because I did not have the hundred dollar deductible at the time I just feel as I was taking advantage of first because I’m a woman because as soon as I came home and had my husband called, they were all about working with us and finding out what was going on so from now on whether I have a warranty or not I do not believe I would take my car back to Briggs to be fixed and I’m almost tempted to have them take the camera out and keep their hundred dollars because I was not told at all that I would have to pay anything for this because it was supposed to be 100% covered I made my car payment so high because of this warranty and I feel like I’ve been let down More
Huge shout out to there services center for taking care of our truck did an amazing job. Found an issue with it that we didn't even know about it and they fixed it. The only disappointed part was we thought we would get $100.00 refer a friend we brought our son down the next day and he bought a vehicle. Never received it. No big deal, but we felt mislead. Then we also tried to refer my sister but the salesman never returned her call. Since she didnt get a call back she went to a Ford dealership and got a vehicle there. We also tried to get the replacement paint and for scratch we found on it after we brought the truck home and the salesman gave us the wrong color of paint he seemed put out about it so we went to Napa to get it replaced. The finance manager was amazing. We also thought our salesman was too but after we bought the truck. It just seemed we didn't matter anymore. But we do want to give shout out service department and finance department for a great job for taking care of us. We do love the truck we got. We did buy a vehicle there before and had great relation with the salesman afterwards with no issues. More
Took my car in on the 2nd. of Nov. They said they needed a part, weren't sure if they had one. That never called me back. Aparrently my car was done that same day. I was never of Nov. Finally on the 11th,I was told it had been ready on the 2nd. Somebody dropped the ball and there was no apology, or sorry for the inconvenience. I really don't think they even cared. This is the first time I've ever a problem with them. Not sure I'm going back. Or i won't leave until my car is done, even if I have to spend the night. More
Setting up our test drive appointment was smooth and Dale was polite and accommodating but both vehicles that we drove were dirty and NOT ready to drive off the lot if we'd wanted to purchase that day. One still had cell phone holder stickies attached to the dash while the other had a chip in the windshield. Sales manager Chris offered other vehicles to test drive but consistently exceeded our budget. He asked what prevented us from buying the cars we drove and we told him that it was the condition they were in more than anything but he immediately said to ignore that. Even if they did have the car we ended up wanting, I would not want to purchase from this dealership. More
