This was my first visit to the dealership and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. Taylor and the tech he assigned my car to were extremely professional and really pleasant to talk to. They’re quick w/service appointments. Carol and Taylor seem friendly with one on one conversations but when all the service managers are in the office it’s an uncomfortable feeling and no Carol and Taylor seem friendly with one on one conversations but when all the service managers are in the office it’s an uncomfortable feeling and not an enjoyable experience. I dread going into the office, but they do their jobs well and keep customers informed on what’s going on. It just doesn’t feel like a fun place to work when I go in. The waiting room is really nice though and a great improvement from what it was. It’s nice to be able to watch NJ new or watch the mechanics work on the cars and have a little snack while waiting. And it’s a nice perk to get a car wash once service is done. Whoever cleaned my car this time did an excellent job. In the past I’ve had streaks and missed spots on the car but it looked really nice this time. I even got compliments on it. Thank you to the mechanics who have done a great job so far! More
