I'm used to be a customer from another Kia Dealer in Ewing, NJ, because it's 5 minutes from me. I was disappointed with their last services so I tried to go somewhere else. Although Bridgewater Kia is Ewing, NJ, because it's 5 minutes from me. I was disappointed with their last services so I tried to go somewhere else. Although Bridgewater Kia is quite far from my place, based on the reviews I decided to give it a try. Now, after having my car serviced at Bridgewater Kia, I'm never going back to the Ewing dealer. I would rather drive 1h to go for an appointment in this dealership than have to deal with those people there. The service was good as expected. I like very much the fact the waiting area has a big window to the workshop area where you can really see people working on your car and what they are doing. It's about transparency with the customer. Also, their waiting area is top! Well maintained and equipped if you are looking to wait there. The online scheduling process was very straight forward and the final cost was matching what was anticipated during the scheduling process. I can't give any opinion on their Sales department, but based on my Service dept experience with them, I will surely give it a try the next time I will shop for a new Kia! More
