The General Manager is a rude and dismissive individual. I used to be a loyal customer of this dealership. In fact I purchased six brand new vehicles from them including a fully loaded Corvette. Unfortunately since they changed ownership a few years back, the serv I purchased six brand new vehicles from them including a fully loaded Corvette. Unfortunately since they changed ownership a few years back, the service department went downhill with extremely poor customer service. I doubt I’ll ever return as I now take my vehicles to Flemington Chevrolet (that excels in customer service). More
Avoid This Place I just got taken for $700 by these thieves. During an oil change I was told I needed lower control arm bushings. The service receipt said that I had complained about "clunk noise from suspension at all speeds. Road test" Obviously they make a lot on this work so they state a need for the work. I never said anything about any noise. They brought up the need. Also they have a 3% "service charge" if a credit card is used. THE WORST CROOKS AROUND!!!! More

Told the transmission cooling lines were leaking and showing oil mark on the compression fitting from the transmission. Advised, that I should change it. I also asked if the transmission needs to have the oil changed, they said no, that the fluid was clean and the trans was in good shape and everything was good. They advised I was good to 100k miles, and I was only in my 60k range. So I said go ahead and fix the cooling lines as well. Well they repaired the cooling lines and the break switch they said. It took three times to fix the brake light issue. As soon as I was leaving the dealership each time I look in the rear mirror, only to see the 3rd break light still on, and getting a tracking control error again. Called right back as I was leaving again, bring it back same time and same day next week, each time. This happened 3 times, only the third time was special. As I was driving to the dealer going down RT287 south, the car lost its linkage, and would not provide torque to the wheels. I took my foot off the gas and pulled to the side of the road. By the time I was on the side of the road the car appeared to be fine, So I continued to the dealer and told them what had happened. They would check and advise. The response was my trans mission had no fluid in the trans, and the gears and metal filing were found to be burnt and broken, that I need a new trans. I ask how can that be? The car was there about two weeks ago and I was advised everything was good and I did not need any oil change that the oil was good and everything was good to 100k. I put 1300 miles on the car and now I need a trans??? They made me pay for the repair and did not take the responsibility. STAY away!!!! More

I stopped by a week ago and spoke to Carly the service mgr. as sales told me to. She told me she had no loaners without checking. I brought the car in and ask about a loaner. Matt service desk, asked me if I scheduled one, Maybe there was a chance to schedule one days earlier. I have to get to work and pay for the xxxx thing. After 30 mins they drove me to work in my car. When I came back at 730pm to pick it up. they couldn't find the car. They had the receptionist handle this mess. She asked me to use my app to go find the car. I walked around the parking lot looking for it in 20 deg weather and found it deep in the back. I came up to tell them where it is, instead of them driving the car up, they handed me the keys. Service should have drove the car up before closing. Service should have brought the car up after I found it and went back to the front. A manager should have be handling this, not the receptionist. They were sitting around in the offices. They should have filled up the battery. The receptionist was telling me I was confused and probably brought the other car I leased, a Cruze in instead. Really? On the way out while I was going back to get the car, I turned around and she was laughing. I'm not that sensitive, but come on. How much does it take to do something so simple right? More

Air conditioning went bad i own a 2016 suburban LT and since day one i have had issues with this car. it started out with a wind noise from passenger side rear door. After going to Bridgewater Chevrolet (incompetent mechanics, and even worst customer service) several times for the exact same problem, i was told time after time that they fixed the problem and as soon as i would leave the lot i would have the same issue. they kept my car for about 2 weeks and i just got sick of their incompetence so i took it to a different dealership, where they fixed my car after another 2 weeks of back and forth. i was also hearing a knocking noise from the back seats of my car, which they kept telling me is normal, which it wasn't! so far Bridgewater Chevrolet has been one of the worst dealerships i have dealt with after trying to fix the original issue they created another knocking in my car, one worst than before! More

When confronted on the issue the service manager didn't act surprised and didn't even bother to appologize. He confirmed that the work was covered then proceeded to make excuses instead of promising to fix the issue with in the service department. They claim it was a clerical error but when asked to review the service paper work the page which would of showed the work was covered was missing. We were promised a check with a refund but I was told I had to wait. Do not get your vehicle serviced here unless you want to get taken for a ride. More

Anthony from service is an asset to this dealership,as always he went above and beyond and Jennifer is fantatstic!! she is always friendly,polite,courteous and helpful.
