Car in 3 times for same repair . .third time told parts need to be ordered this was in October told parts would be in mid November..I had to call to check if parts in First told me .third time told parts need to be ordered this was in October told parts would be in mid November..I had to call to check if parts in First told me they were not ordered them oh yeah we have them...couldn't schedule me for beginning of week..I knowvthis will be at least a 2 day job..soooo schedule me for a Thursday AM drop off..then zfridsy morning I get called and told they don't have one of the parts needed ..told me hopefully Monday they will have part..meanwhile my car is apart...I have no auto on the busy weekend before a holiday and have spots on Monday and Tuesday..oh yeah they have loaners that they should be ashamed to give you...pieces of xxxx and filthy dirty...I called back asked for possibly a decent loaner told we will see what we can do and service will call me back...well it's Friday night and no one called me back.. service department not asking for a brand new car to loan me but a decent 1 or 2 year old would have been consideret for the time with out my Cadillac..not expecting a loaner Cadillac but something clean and not a roach to drive would have been good.firdt time in you had my car 2 days. Second time 3 days and now will be 4 or more...and since I dropped car off Thursday why wouldn't the certified mechanic not realize he was missing a part that day and not Friday morning?? I'm definitely in my Jersey girl pissed off attitude. JM More
