I did not buy my Cadillac XTS from them but have always taken it there since New for service. No complaints until I called and ask for a price on tires. Service desk said they would call back .....never ha taken it there since New for service. No complaints until I called and ask for a price on tires. Service desk said they would call back .....never happened, Hurts a little bit since they told me my tires were worn and they would be happy to get me new ones. More

Always very pleased with the excellent service I receive from everyone at this dealership. Appreciated the complimentary wash and vacuum. Also glad my vehicle was thoroughly checked out. The good equipment from everyone at this dealership. Appreciated the complimentary wash and vacuum. Also glad my vehicle was thoroughly checked out. The good equipment diagnosed it needed a wheel alignment. Kyle showed me on the screen that the tire thread was still good and suggested the alignment would help keep the tires from uneven wear. Even the nice clerk at the checkout was very pleasant. The lounge is very comfortable and the beverages offered are appreciated. I have 4 vehicles and use this dealership for all my routine maintenance because of how satisfied I am with everyone and everything about this dealership. Thank you. More
