Scheduled my appt for 11am, just an oil change and tire rotation, I sat in the service area and waited for car to get the service- I was there for 2 hrs!!! That is a long time for oil change and tire rota rotation, I sat in the service area and waited for car to get the service- I was there for 2 hrs!!!
