I emailed them late last night saying we were interested in a van, and then we got a phone call back in the morning in response to my email. Very friendly phone service that made me want to do business with them. We came in several hours later to test drive our van. We were greeted quickly by "Big John". He answered every single one of our questions patiently, he was very respectful to our wishes and was not at all pushy. He engaged in conversation and was very attentive. The whole staff were very friendly. We loved that they washed our car and topped off the gas before driving away. We are very very happy to have found this van for our family, we absolutely love it and we would recommend Bridgeland Auto to all of our friends and family. More

Service was great, they really worked with us on getting the pricing where we needed. Rocco was new to sales, so he needed some assistance from John and others around the office, but he was very personable and has been very responsive when we have questions after the purchase. We would definitely go back to Bridgeland, and have recommend them to a few people already! More
